Okay, so if you’re RuPaul, you’re not gonna be living in some boring old slum – you’re gonna be living here! The performer and his hubby purchased this lavished, 10,309 square foot estate in Beverly Hills back in 2019 for a whopping $13.7 million.
The European-style abode really brings the WOW factor by way of a grand 2-story entrance and decadent staircase that leads to the second floor. Above, a gorgeous gold-colored chandelier illuminates the space.
The mansion features stunning formal living and dining rooms as well as a family room and a gourmet kitchen with a breakfast nook that looks out onto the backyard.
4 of the home’s 6 bedrooms are located on the second level, including the sprawling master suite! A coffered ceiling adds an especially luxurious look to the space and a private terrace nearby provides a fantastic view of the landscape beyond. Sadly, we couldn’t find any photos of the master’s ensuite, but you can bet it’s something special!
Amenities include an office, a gym, staff quarters, a 4-car garage, and a wine cellar! Outside, the amenities continue by way of a large covered patio with a fireplace, a gazebo, and a pool & spa.
As of 2023, this continues to be RuPaul’s primary residence!

Built in 1967, RuPaul purchased this 2,362 square foot L.A. home back in 2011 for $2.5 million. While it may not look quite as opulent as his latest digs, it’s still one seriously unforgettable home and 100% RuPaul’s style!
This 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom home is NOT a stranger to color! From the red walls to the multicolored furnishings and patterned chrome fireplace – you just can’t take your eyes off of this truly unique space! If you can manage to peel those peepers away from the home itself, however, you’ll find the panoramic views of the ocean and downtown equally as striking!
Oh, and if you’re wondering who that is in the hall portrait, it’s none other than country music icon Dolly Parton!
Just off the living room, you’ll find the patio complete with a 41-foot pool, spa, and seating area that makes a perfect space for entertaining.
Taking it back a few hundred notches, the sleek, black and silver gourmet kitchen features only small pops of color and boasts modern cabinetry and high-end appliances.
Another massively toned-down space can actually be found in the home’s master suite – which comes with a plethora of black wooden built-ins and a paneled accent wall. The room opens onto the patio for easy access to the pool and spa and offers yet another stunning view of the city beyond.
The master ensuite comes equipped with dual vanities as well as a whirlpool soaking tub and spacious steam shower.
RuPaul decided to part ways with his former digs in 2019 when he listed it for $4.9 million. After a nearly $300,000 price reduction wasn’t enough to find a buyer, however, the listing was removed in August of the same year. As of 2023, it’s assumed RuPaul still owns the home.
