Dolly Parton and her husband, Carl Dean, live in Brentwood, Tennessee, just outside of Nashville. They bought the 3,324 square foot home in 1999 for $400,000.
The home is set off the highway behind a fence that surrounds the entire property. The bright red roof of all structures on the property can be seen from the road and give a country/farm feel. While the main house was initially only a little over 3,000 square feet when she bought it, the estate reportedly boasts 7,562 of living space today!
There are approximately 10 structures on the property – no telling what Dolly has going on there. As far as the amenities we know of, the home features a tennis court and pool as well as an absolutely stunning kitchen!

Dolly and her husband Carl lived in Nashville’s Glencliff neighborhood from 1980 to 1996, before laying down roots at their current home, above.
The four-bedroom, three-bath stucco house sits on 2.4 acres and was built in 1941. Located in a gated neighborhood, the home features an eat-in kitchen, walk-in closets, covered patio, four-car garage, possible Airbnb unit and more.
It hit the market for $1.2 million in 2017 and underwent several price reductions over the years until finally selling in 2021 for $849,000.
