David Bromstad House Winter Park Florida
While David Bromstad is usually busy finding lottery winners their dream house, he took a break from his usual routine in 2021 and went on a search of his own! His journey to find his forever home in the sunshine state was featured on a special My Lottery Dream Home David Dream Home episode.
Out of the 3 homes he viewed on the episode, Bromstad ended up settling on this gorgeous 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom Tudor in Winter Park, FL – not far from his original house hunting grounds in College Park!
Bromstad paid $975,000 for the 2,866 square foot residence, which was slightly over his budget of $900,000 but absolutely worth it!
Like his former condo, the home features an open concept floorplan that makes traveling from the living room to the kitchen or dining area a breeze.
The kitchen features cutting-edge stainless-steel appliances as well as a breakfast bar that’s perfect for casual dining.
For those in need of a more formal dining arrangement, however, there’s also a dining space nearby that would do the trick!

Much of the home was renovated several years before Bromstad took ownership – including the master bathroom, which underwent a facelift in 2017.
While it’s unclear whether this en-suite has a bathtub or not, it does feature a spacious glass door shower as well as double sinks.
Outside, a spacious covered patio and large, fully renovated swimming pool offer ample outdoor entertainment opportunities. Alternatively, If you’re a total introvert, just skip the parties and keep all this swanky space to yourself!

David Bromstad Apartment
Located in Bal Harbour, Fl a little under 30 minutes from Miami is the former condo of designer David Bromstad! According to property records Bromstad purchased the modern condo in 2010 for $250,000 and lived there until June 2021.
A gorgeous 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom open concept unit packed to the brim with vibrant colors and a playful design. It’s definitely not hard to spot Bromstad’s unique touches throughout.
See that “chalkboard” wall near the kitchen? While it may look like your garden variety writing board, Bromstad actually created it using black latex paint and a white colored pencil. This was to prevent people from getting chalk on their clothes if they leaned on the piece.
Being the interior designer he is, it’s no surprise that Bromstad frequently likes to spice things up with a fresh design at home. Holidays specifically are a time where he likes to get really creative and go all out with festive decor like what you see below.
While the condo isn’t massive at 1,272 square feet, Bromstad makes fantastic use of the space he had, even managing to make the unit seem larger.
The stunning master suite features a leafy accent wall that really helps add a Color Splash to the space. Nearby, the long stretch of windows provides a beautiful view of the city beyond.
The en-suite master bathroom is another shockingly spacious location in the home, with more than enough room for a standing shower, luxe spa tub, and double sinks!
One thing’s for sure – whoever managed to bag this sweet pad in June 2021 for $461,000 after Bromstad moved out was seriously lucky! Especially if they got to keep some of the decor items installed by Bromstad!
