Alec Baldwin has quite the track record here at the Devonshire House. In October 2011, he bought a 12th floor penthouse for $11.71 million. Then, in June 2012 he paid $1.2 million for an adjacent 840-square-foot 12th floor unit. As if that wasn't enough, in September 2017 he bought another adjacent unit on the 12th floor for $1.31 million. It's presumed that he has joined all the units. 

Also, in 2013 he bought an 8th floor one bedroom unit for $2.25 million, only to sell it for a loss in 2015.
