Located near Bel Air’s East Gate, the estate totals 30,000 square feet spread across six structures, all laid out over the 1.56-acre property. A 15-car garage, bulletproof windows, and four pools are among its many high-end amenities. 
The property last changed hands in 2013 for $15 million, according to Redfin. The estate was then built from the ground up by Irish firm McKillen Developments.

It was originally listed at $135 million, which was much more than Beyonce & Jay Z's reported budget. They were able to secure the purchase with an $90 million offer in August 2017 after months of speculation as to who would win the bidding war.

Public records show that the couple made the purchase through blind trusts. They mortgaged a whopping $52.8 million, which means they dished out over $35 million in cash.
