Jared Leto purchased this, the Legendary Lookout Mountain Laboratory, in 2016 for $5M. The facility was built in the 1940's and used until the 1960's as a film studio where Air Force officers made training films and documented military research on atomic bomb tests. It's been converted into over 50,00 square feet of personal residence/creative space.
