This is also the location where Oprah films her series "Super Soul Sunday" under the massive oak trees on the property. 

She recently purchased an equestrian farm that is just below this property for nearly $30 million dollars. The property is being completely redesigned - presumably it will connect to her existing compound which will almost double the size of the property.
