His part-time residence, the Robert Downey Jr home in Malibu was purchased by the actor back in 2009 for $13.4 million. The massive 7+ acre property includes a main house as well as a uniquely shaped secondary structure near the pool area.

Sure, it’s not 10880 Malibu Point 90265, where character Tony Stark lived, but this place is still pretty incredible. 

What makes it so special, however, isn’t just the quirky architecture – it’s also the full-time residents. Downey’s property, much like his character’s abode in Doctor Dolittle, is home to tons of animals! 

That’s right, he literally has a private zoo filled with alpacas, pigs, goats, etc. During his time spent at the 3-bedroom, 3,538 square foot home – Downey frequently snaps pics with his furry friends.
